A legal disclaimer
Welcome to Heritage Highland Ranch ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

1. About Us
Heritage Highland Ranch is a veteran-owned and operated Montana ranch dedicated to preserving Scottish heritage, sustainable agriculture, livestock, homesteading education, and handcrafted products.

3. Products
We strive to accurately describe all products. Because many of our products are handmade or naturally produced, slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance should be expected.
Livestock photographs represent individual animals at the time photos were taken. Animals may naturally change in appearance over time.
Availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.

5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only.
Heritage Highland Ranch is not responsible for delays caused by:
-
Weather
-
Carrier delays
-
Natural disasters
-
Supply shortages
-
Circumstances beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are handcrafted or agricultural in nature, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
Approved refunds or replacements are made at our discretion.
Livestock deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Livestock Sales
Livestock sales may require deposits.
Health records, registration papers (if applicable), and transfer documents will be provided according to the sales agreement.
The buyer assumes responsibility for transportation and care once the animal leaves our property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Educational Content
Articles, blogs, videos, social media posts, homesteading information, wellness resources, and educational materials are provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing on this website constitutes veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions affecting your health, livestock, or finances.

9. Veteran Wellness Programs
Any veteran wellness, educational, or equine-assisted activities offered by Heritage Highland Ranch are intended for educational and recreational purposes unless otherwise specifically stated.
