Scottish Heritage Workshop
Connect with Scottish tradition and heritage livestock under the Big Sky.
Service Description
Immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Scotland right here on our Montana ranch. Our Scottish Heritage Workshops celebrate the culture, history, and agricultural traditions that inspire everything we do at the Heritage Highland Ranch. Participants will explore traditional Scottish cuisine, learn about the history and heritage of Highland cattle and other Scottish livestock breeds, discover time-honored homesteading practices, and gain insight into the customs, craftsmanship, and values that have been passed down through generations. Perfect for history enthusiasts, heritage farmers, and anyone interested in connecting with their ancestral roots, these workshops offer a unique opportunity to experience Scottish culture through hands-on learning, storytelling, and authentic ranch experiences. As part of our Scottish Heritage Workshop, guests will enjoy a selection of homestead-inspired snacks that celebrate the simple, wholesome flavors of Scotland and Montana ranch life. Seasonal offerings may include artisan charcuterie boards featuring locally raised meats and cheeses, fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden, homemade breads, preserves, pickled vegetables, oatcakes, shortbread, and other rustic treats inspired by traditional Scottish fare.
