Service Description
Experience a meaningful connection with our horses under the big Montana skies. These sessions focus on gentle interaction, grooming, and ground-based activities designed to promote emotional well-being and mindfulness through horse-human partnership.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations All clinics, workshops, ranch experiences, and wellness activities must be reserved in advance through our website, email, or approved booking platform. Reservations are confirmed once payment or any required deposit has been received. Deposits & Payments Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Certain events or private experiences may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Remaining balances are due prior to the start of the event. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. Participants may transfer their reservation to another individual with prior approval. Weather & Ranch Conditions Many activities take place outdoors and may be affected by weather or ranch conditions. Heritage Highland Ranch reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unsafe weather, animal welfare concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled by the ranch: Participants may choose a full refund or Transfer registration to a future event. Arrival Times Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity. Late arrivals may miss important safety briefings and may not receive additional time. Participant Safety All participants must follow instructions provided by staff and comply with ranch safety guidelines. Heritage Highland Ranch reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior poses a safety risk to themselves, others, or animals. Liability Waivers Participation in ranch, livestock, equine, wellness, and educational activities requires a signed liability waiver before participation. Youth Participation Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specified for a particular program. Additional consent forms may be required. Animal Welfare The safety and welfare of our animals is our highest priority. Participants must treat all livestock and horses respectfully and follow handling instructions at all times. Photography Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please notify us before the event begins. Right to Refuse Service Heritage Highland Ranch reserves the right to refuse service.
